Cellular carriers such as AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile are phasing out older 3G networks to

allow for advanced technology such as 4G/5G and LTE.

With carriers ending the support of the 3G network, alarm systems currently operating on 3G technology will no longer be

able to communicate with our monitoring center over the cellular network.


What does this mean for you?

Your system may be affected by the 3G sunset and it is very important that you

contact us as soon as possible to avoid service disruption.
